Route: Subcutaneous (behind neck, under skin)

How to Use:

 

1. Heat Shot Instructions (Estradiol Benzoate):

 

Administer once behind the neck under the skin (subcutaneously).

 

Works within 2–7 days depending on the dog.

 

Brings the female into heat by stimulating estrogen activity.

 

Do not repeat without veterinary guidance.

 

 

2. Ovulation Shots Instructions (LHRH-A3):

 

Once your female is in heat (estrus), confirm timing using a progesterone machine or ovulation detector.

 

Once optimal numbers are reached, administer 1 ovulation shot intramuscularly 2–3 hours before each breeding session.

 

Use at least 3 ovulation shots during the cycle for best results.

 

Some breeders use ovulation shots throughout the cycle.
