Returns and Exchanges

Returns Require Approval
All returns must be approved by Dogs Supplies R Us before the item is sent back. Contact us first with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges
Approved exchanges are allowed when the customer pays the exchange shipping costs. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm whether the item is eligible and provide instructions.

Non-Stocked Items
There are no returns or exchanges on non-stocked items or products shipped directly from a manufacturer. These sales are final.

Health and Product Condition
Because many products are intended for pets, return approval may depend on the type and condition of the item. Please inspect apparel and accessories before placing them on your pet.
